Why does the neighborhood change the job?
Two things vary across the valley: whether the home was built with a softener loop, and what condition the supply plumbing is in. Newer areas like Enterprise, Summerlin, and most of Henderson are typically pre-plumbed, so installation is fast and predictable. Older areas (Sunrise Manor, parts of North Las Vegas, and central Las Vegas) often need a tie-in at the main and a new drain run, which adds time and cost.
Boulder City is its own case: it runs a separate municipal water system and has a large share of homes built between the 1930s and 1950s, so verify both the water profile and the original plumbing before recommending equipment.

What it means when we say we cover a town
